Our Mission
AIxlerator was born from decades of founding, building, and investing in startups worldwide. Generative AI is reshaping industries and driving an unprecedented wave of global growth, introducing the complexities of scaling a business faster than ever before. Experience will be the differentiator and our mission is to equip founders with the tools and insights to scale successfully post Series A. We are building a global community of growth-stage founders and giving them access to battle-tested founders, CEOs, and operators who have built, scaled, and thrived.
Our Program
Our 8-week program equips founders with proven frameworks to scale any tech company, no matter the industry. Each week, we cover a new scaling topic—from hiring and management of executives to commercial expansion—guided by founders, CEOs and operators from some of the world’s best companies. These leaders bring the topics to life with tactical advice, real-world stories, and hard-earned lessons from their scaling journeys.
The program requires 1-2 hours of time per week for 8 weeks. We cap each cohort at 10-12 companies, ensuring the sessions are tailored to your unique challenges.
Who is a good fit?
Our program is designed for AI powered and deep tech startups post-Series A and ready to scale. Ideal candidates have proven product-market fit and teams of approximately 20-40+ employees.
